Eleven apartments from 50 to 102 m² for 4 to 10 people – with a large living area and 2 to 3 bedrooms.

The Silvretta Arena Ischgl is around 8 minutes away by car. Right on the doorstep lies the Kappl Dias ski area with the Kappl–See ski circuit: only about 600 m to the Diasbahn valley station, and the free ski bus stops 50 m from the house. Central location – you will not need snow chains here.
