Chieming offers 6 km of public beaches to those in search of relaxation. You can walk and cycle in and around Chieming or on the nearly flat shores of Lake Chiemsee. Also you can enjoy the beautiful countryside while riding on a horse.
If you want to visit the popular castle "Schloss Herrenchiemsee" take the ship from Chieming and enjoy this journey. Do not miss to visit also the beautiful island "Frauenchiemsee" which is the home of the well-known Bendectine nuns.
Two separate golf courses, namely "Chiemsee Golfclub" and "Gut Ising Golfclub" give the possibility to practice this sport which is enjoying increasing popularity on the eastern shore of Lake Chiemsee.
Chieming is not only an attractive holiday destination in summer. Choose from numerous routes and explore the varied countryside by walking or having a cycling tour.
