Zonă de schi Rudno

Ski resort Rudno is located in Selška dolina, a stone's throw from Železniki in the direction of Rudno - Dražgoše. Access is via the regional "flat" road, so it does not pose any major problems for drivers even in the most wintry conditions. It is only 36 km from Ljubljana. Rudno is becoming more and more a family ski resort, suitable especially for children and beginners, because in the lower part of the ski resort there is a children's ski park with a lift and an associated easy track. As part of the children's ski park, children can have fun in various ways, from sledding, tobogganing, rolling on the snow, from their first ski turns to independent use of the children's lift. All through fun and joy, which is what children need most.

For those with a little more skiing knowledge, a medium-difficult track next to a larger lift is suitable. The medium-difficulty track is also suitable for slalom and giant slalom training, and we can also organize various recreational or union competitions for you.

All ski areas are illuminated for night skiing, and additional artificial snow is provided.

There is also a new pleasant wooden log cabin waiting for you next to the ski slope, where you can warm up, relax or enjoy something from the ski resort's catering offer.

There is also an excellent SKI SCHOOL at the ski resort, which operates in the form of an Alpine school, group children's courses or individual skiing lessons. A team of 15 teachers cordially invites you to show you the most modern approaches to teaching skiing and to pass on your skiing knowledge to you.

Cross-country skiers are also catered for on natural snow. The cross-country course is a rugged, circular course, run along the Rudensko polje in a length of 2.5 km.
