For cross-country skiers, the Pirkdorfer See cross-country skiing center offers ideal training conditions with its snow-covered trails and trails that are illuminated for night cross-country skiing.

Due to its location, the Petzen is easy and stress-free to reach. For those seeking relaxation, the Petzen offers a 100% mountain experience and snow fun. The Christmas market on the Petzen will take place on 6., 7., 13. 14. and 20.12.2025.
The panorama restaurant "oben" is situated right next to the mountain station of the cable car and is accessible without Ski equipment!
NEW for the 2025/26 winter season: A new 70m-long magic carpet next to the mountain station will significantly enhance the offerings for small and large ski beginners.
The Freestyle Area Petzen will be expanded to triple its size (XL) for the upcoming winter season. Highlights include Austria's first Snow Skate Park (with free Snow Skate rental), as well as four sections for all skill levels (Beginner, Medium, Pro Line, Snow Skate Park).
