The starting point of this route is the town center of Kuchl, where a visit to the Kuchl Museum is worthwhile. We head south and after 2 km reach the turnoff to the show dairy of the organic farm dairy Fürstenhof. Always following the railway, we first reach the station and shortly afterwards the town center of Golling. Highly recommended here are Döllerer's restaurant and inn and the Burg Golling museum.
In Golling, we ride back a short distance towards Kuchl, then turn right and cycle via the Hiasenbauern to Strubau. We arrive at Georgenberg, which we ride along its full length. A detour to the Jadorferwirt inn is recommended here. 1.7 km later, after a carpentry workshop, we take the right turn and enter a small forest leading to the Tauglbach, a highlight of the route.
In good weather, a short (or longer) break by the water should be planned. We cycle under the road bridge and over the natural monument Roman Bridge, then turn right at the junction onto this busier road. After about 1 km, we reach the junction at Englhartgut; the right road leads to the Bad Vigaun thermal spa, the Naturthek, and the Schmiedbauer farm dairy. We keep left and pass through the town center of Bad Vigaun.
We now go under the motorway and reach the junction at the level crossing, where the Langwies pleasure inn also awaits hungry and thirsty cyclists.
We continue our ride towards Kuchl on the accompanying cycle path and reach the starting point again after another 4.5 km.
