• When making a reservation, a deposit of EUR 150, - per room has to be paid
• The reservation is fixed only after receipt of deposit
• The deposit is deducted from the hotel bill
• Cancellations are only accepted in writing.
• From 30 days until 7 days before date of arrival: 60% of total cost
• From 7 days before date of arrival, NO SHOW or early departure: 100 % of total cost
