Quaint chalet at 1700m with infrared sauna, right in the ski area

In winter directly to the lifts and then relax in the infrared sauna or enjoy a snack with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. All the amenities of this small chalet, which will make your holiday something special.

The ski area is right on your doorstep! Ski-in / ski-out is possible if there is enough snow. You can ski directly to the Zirbenwaldbahn or back to the house.

It is an interesting mix of an old hunting/trophy lodge with a newer addition for the kitchen and bathroom. The chalet is located in the middle of the larch and stone pine forest of the Turracherhöhe at (snow-sure) 1700m.

You reach the living and dining area with a small fireplace via an anteroom. The fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, refrigerator, ceramic hob and convection oven with microwave) and the modern bathroom with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, heated towel rail and infrared sauna are directly connected to the living area in the annex. The infrared sauna is ideal for warming up and relaxing after a strenuous day of skiing/hiking and does not require a long warm-up time. The sleeping places (*sleeping nests*) are in the attic and can be reached by ladder. On one side for adults (double bed 160 x 200cm) and on the other side for 1 child / teenager (single bed 100 x 200cm). If climbing up into the sleeping nests is not desired, there is also the option of converting the sofa bed in the living area into a double bed. In the anteroom of the hut there is enough space to store and dry winter jackets, ski clothing, ski boots and other items. Of course, the hut has W-Lan Internet and a large flat screen TV.

Please note that NO pets are allowed in our houses due to the natural wooden floors and the high-quality furnishings. The houses are therefore ideal for allergy sufferers.

You can park your car on a specially designed parking space in front of the chalet. Especially in winter there are few parking spaces on the Turrach due to the amount of snow. The parking space is reserved just for you and right next to the house.

The ski lifts, shops, bars, restaurants and also the Turracher See are only a short walk away from the chalet.

The chalet can be rented to a maximum of 3 people.
The rental price is basically for an occupancy of 2 people. Additional fees will be charged for an additional person (€ 20 per night). Please ask for your individual offer.
