Enjoy great views from our new outdoor pool! Onto the surrounding mountains of Zell am See and onto the skislope right next to the hotel! The outdoor pool is very welcoming after a long day out on the mountains or on the golf course. In Summer it's great to cool down and relax. Take a deck chair on the sun terrace afterwards and let yourself serve some home made cake and coffee. This is a geat way to enjoy the rest of the day!

Imagin standing on the balcony of your holiday room and enjoying the great view over the roofs of Zell am See. Not far in sight is the Zeller Lake which is surrounded by round edged mountains. In summer its water appears to be deep green - beeing a mirror for the green flora all around. In winter the picture is different - the lake is frozen and on its ice people seem to be busy walking, icescating and icesailing.

All our guests receive the new "Zell am See - Kaprun card" for free upon arrival. The card is valid from May 15th to October 15th and enables our guests to use a lot of attractions in the area of Zell am See - Kaprun for free. It includes the unlimited and free usage of all operating cable cars and chairlifts on the Schmittenhöhe in Zell am See and the Maiskogel and Kitzsteinhorn in Kaprun. Also the lidos at the lake, the high alpine dams in Kaprun, the national park museum in Mittersill and the waterfalls in Krimml are included.
