The "Apartments Villa Romantica" are located in a quiet place and are therefore the perfect accommodation to relax after an unforgettable day in the beautiful Dolomites and enjoy the tranquility of the forest.
Like a fairytale castle hidden in the woods, our "Villa Romantica" in St. Vigil in Enneberg is surrounded by enchanting forests at the entrance of the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park. Far from the hustle and bustle of village life, our holiday apartments are a place to relax and enjoy. Every day here is an adventure, every night a magical experience.
The apartments have recently been renovated and are equipped with all amenities. In addition to a garden with sun loungers, a small picnic area with table and benches, and a private parking lot, our holiday home also has a secure bicycle storage room.
The center of the village of San Vigilio is only 950 meters away and can be reached by car in 2 minutes or by a leisurely 15-minute walk uphill/downhill. The nearest bus stop to Pederü (Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park) or Brunico is 350 meters away.
"ROMANTICA" as well as our second house #"SORAPUNT" are ideal starting points for numerous walks and hikes within the Fanes-Senes-Prags Nature Park, which is part of the UNESCO World Natural Heritage Dolomites.

Prices do not include the tourist tax of €2.70 per person (over 14 years old) per day and the final cleaning of the holiday apartment (€50.00 to €70.00 per apartment).
Small pets are allowed for a fee of €7 per day.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you have taken out travel cancellation insurance that covers your cancellation, no cancellation fees will be incurred.
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: Only the deposit already paid will be retained, no further cancellation fees apply.
- Cancellation between 30 and 7 days before arrival: 70% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Cancellation 7 days before the arrival date: 90% cancellation fee on the total booking amount.
- For late arrivals, early departures, or unused beds, the price will be charged according to the booking.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in: from 14:00 to 20:00 (after 20:00 only by appointment)
Check-out: by 09:30 Unfortunately, credit cards are not accepted.
