The Perfeldhof was rebuilt in 2012 and is characterized by its special location on the Zwölferkogel in Saalbach-Hinterglemm. The hiking paradise of Saalbach-Hinterglemm is at your feet from us and the Z-Line downhill route on the 12erKogel is within your grasp!

From the Perfeldhof you are in a few minutes walking distance directly to the valley station of the 12er Kogel or Westgipfelbahn, which will take you to the summit of the Glemmtal, from where you can start your hiking or biking day.

Our accommodation is particularly suitable for hikers, bikers and geocaching friends. As a hiking company, we offer a house hike with the host family once a week, there is a corner with plenty of specialist literature and information about the region, we rent hiking equipment and of course a shoe dryer and locker is available for your hiking equipment. Sabrina, the host, is a trained mountain and hiking guide and welcomes you to the accommodation!

The house is particularly well located for our bike friends - away from the noise in the village, 2 valley stations can be reached in a few minutes, which will take you to the popular downhill trails. In addition to the Z-Line on the 12erKogel, the legendary Hacklbergtrail is also in the immediate vicinity of our house. A bike washing area and tools are at your disposal, as is our bike cellar - of course, code-secured and video-monitored!

We offer a special highlight for our geocaching guests. We have created our own geocaching hiking tour over our local mountain - the Zwölferkogel - especially for our house guests. 24 caches are waiting to be lifted. 12 caches are each simply hidden and suitable for families with children and beginners, 12 are difficult to hide and intended for geocaching professionals. Those who successfully complete the tour will receive a prize from us at the end.

Our holiday apartments are modern and furnished in an alpine style. Many old wood elements mix with modern furniture and the highest quality - so you will feel at home with us and will be happy to come back.
