Hiking Paradise
Gurgl boast a great variety of easy high-altitude walks and challenging high alpine treks for all ages and preferences. Among the most beautiful routes are the ancient cross-border trails to neighboring South Tyrol. Those interested in really outstanding tours are strongly recommended to join the local guides of the Obergurgl High Alpine School.

NEW from summer 2016: TOP MOUNTAIN CROSSPOINT & TOP MOUNTAIN MOTORCYCLE MUSEUM
The unrivaled Top Mountain Crosspoint nestles in the foothills of the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Pass Road at 2.175 m altitude. The multifunctional building comprises a Motorcycle Museum, the base station of the new Kirchenkar Mountain Gondola (only in winter open), the Road toll Station and a top modern restaurant with table service.

More than 170 classic motorbikes and oustanding cars plus their lively history are shown on a 2.600 m² exhibition area. Daily open.
