Our farm is a quality-tested 4-flower farm owned by our family for about 100 years.
With great attention to detail, we have recently overhauled it and are pleased to offer you the comfort you are used to from home.

Interior of the rooms:

Our rooms "SEEGRUBE" and "OLPERER" are lovingly furnished each with shower / WC and satellite TV, and have balconies on which they can really worship the sun.
Furthermore, you will find in the rooms a minibar in which you can cool your drinks.
The furniture is all bright and made of solid wood, the floor is designed with maple parquet and provides cozy warmth in the colder seasons, the central heating.

• Alternative apartments *:

Our apartment "PATSCHERKOFEL" offers 36 m2 for 4 people. The apartment "Nockspitz" has room for 5 persons. It is lovingly furnished and has a large terrace and a balcony.
Both apartments are each equipped with 2 separate bedrooms, shower / WC and satellite - TV, have full equipment such as dishwasher, i. You do not need to bring any household appliances or bed linen.

If you do not want to prepare your own breakfast, there is the possibility that you can enjoy our special farmer's breakfast for an extra charge.

Leisure:

Whoever spends the winter in Tyrol usually has only one goal: "Aufi aufn Berg". Whether on foot, by ski or by toboggan - rest and fun is guaranteed!

• In Mutters, skiers get their money's worth *:

The ski area "new Muttereralm"! Just a 5-minute drive from the HOARACHHOF, it offers a roller coaster lift, a quad chairlift to the Pfriemesköpfl and a toboggan lift.

In order to be able to offer you a pleasant skiing experience outside of Mutters, the free ski bus transfer with the guest card to the ski areas of the region "Innsbruck and its ski villages" is offered.
