The Möll River is not only one of the cleanest waters in the country, its fish population is really impressive. The natural stock of brown trout, lake trout, rainbow trout and char challenges your skill and patience as a fisherman. This river challenges every fly fisherman and equally gifts them with the experience of a wonderfully wild water world.

The 18 km long fishing area "Möll" (salmonid water) managed by Kelag (Kärntner Elektrizitäts AG) starts at the board "Reviergrenze" (=border) below the confluence of the Klenitzenbach (Gößnitzbach) into the Möll and ends at the board "Reviergrenze" height place Napplach (300 steps before the confluence of the Teuchelbach into the Möll). Attention, there is swell on the Möll River (at least 1x a day). The fishing area of the Teuchelbach begins at the confluence with the Möll and extends 4 km upstream.

Fishing season KELAG area: May 1st - November 15th. Fishing is allowed only in the time from 6.00am to 20.30pm.

Fishing licenses (day pass and tax card) for the KELAG area available at the Tourist Office Flattach.
