Our house is situated at a quiet and sunny site, a 5-minutes walk from Filzmoos. In winter, you’ll find a ski slope, ski school Exklusiv and cross-country track just beside the house. We offer homemade products and bread service. There are animals and toys for the children and a sauna.

From motorway A10, take exit Eben, after 10 km., you drive through Filzmoos. At the round-a-bout, turn left. Pass town square and exit centre, after 500 meters, take the small road to the right up the hill.
