Welcome to the cozy 4 ½-room duplex apartment with spectacular views of the rooftops of historic Scuol and the Lower Engadin Dolomites. The apartment is located in Scuol Sura, a few steps from the bus stop of the local and ski bus. The Engadine Bad Scuol, many restaurants and shops on Stradun are within 5 minutes walking distance.

In the bright and friendly maisonette apartment (about 120 m2) you can enjoy the holidays all around. From the living room with large dining table, exposed beams and windows to the south and west you have a great view of the Lower Engadine Dolomites. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove and fridge with small freezer. On the ground floor of the apartment there are 2 bedrooms, the living / dining room / kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bath and washing machine and a guest toilet. Upstairs is the gallery and the large bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower / WC.

Location
The historic part of the village is just below the house. You can go shopping in the many local shops at Stradun, just 5 minutes away, where the Bogn Engiadina is located.

Engadine in winter
The ski bus stop is only 2 minutes away, in about 10 minutes drive you can easily reach the train station and the valley station. The use of the ski bus is free in winter. Enjoy the best time of the year in Scuol and let yourself be conquered by the unique natural and cultural landscape. Enjoy a leisurely stroll through the old district, relax in the pool and sauna area or take one of the countless hikes in the Swiss Nationapark and enjoy in winter the family ski area Motta Naluns, which can be reached with the ski bus in just 10 minutes ,
