Our apartment house APART ASTORIA with its 3 comfortably furnished apartments is located in a sunny, south-facing location, close to the village center. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach restaurants, shops, ape-ski bars, ski workshops, doctor, pharmacy and tourist office - our apartments were awarded the 4 Edelweiss ( 2016) - the highest award for private room renters. This award guarantees comfort, cleanliness and hospitality.

Picturesque village idyll in the middle of Paznaun.
The family-friendly ski area in Kappl awaits you with 40 fantastic kilometers of slopes and 11 comfortable lifts, surrounded by a breathtaking winter landscape. Carver, snowboarder, ski tourer, freerider and winter hiker feel equally at home in the purest mountain air. For the kids there is fun and action in the Sunny Mountain adventure park with "Flaxi" and "Wusel". Night tobogganing takes place twice a week on the 6 km long natural toboggan run, a special experience not only when the moon is full.

How do you find the APART ASTORIA:
At the Kappl-Lochau intersection (petrol station) towards Kappl-Dorf,
keep right at the bakery until Cafe Hubertus,
keep right again towards Niederhof to Apart Astoria - right side of the street.
