our family-run apartment house is located right in the center of Ischgl, opposite the village church. All three cable cars, sports shops, restaurants, nightlife etc... can be reached on foot in a few minutes. An entrance to the village tunnel is only 30 m above the house, through which you can easily get to the Fimbabahn by conveyor belt, and a valley run ends just a few meters from the house.*

On three floors there is a spacious holiday apartment for 8-9 people or for 7-9 people, as well as a double room, which offer a fantastic view of our beautiful mountains. On the ground floor, our KIWI BAR invites you to a cozy get-together.

We serve breakfast for the double room in our second house Gletscherblick B&B, which is located just opposite the street.

Our holiday apartments offer the highest possible comfort as well as an optimal room climate with wall and floor heating.

A passenger lift takes you comfortably from the garage to your apartment. Of course, bed linen and towels and a parking space for your car are included in the price. Our specialized Gin BAR "KIWI" is located on the ground floor, where host Stefan will be happy to welcome you. Our house is heated with geothermal energy. All holiday apartments offer an optimal room climate with wall and floor heating. You will feel the difference.

The eat-in kitchens are fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery. There is an internet connection and a telephone in every apartment. All rooms have a room safe and cable TV, radio. Bed linen and towels are of course included in the price.
