Discover the centre of Stumm that you can reach by car in 3 minutes away.
The local butcher, baker and a supermarket perfectly cater to our guests´ needs.
Gourmets as well will find a fine selection of restaurants and cafes - from Pizza to
exquisite gourmet cuisine with regional delicacies.
Also you can find a pharmacy and a medical-doctor.
Right at the Zillertal cycling trail, only 3 minutes away from the popular Hochzillertal - Hochfügen skiing area by car , the holiday apartment offers everything holiday - makers could long for,
both in winter and in summer.

Across 110m² and in 3 double rooms, the Apart Maria guesthouse offers sufficient
space for family or friends. The generous apartment kitchen ( 36 m² ) comes with a new and modern equipped kitchen, a cosy dining area and a comfortable couch.
After an active holiday in the Zillertal, you can spend cosy hours next to the tiled
stove or the fire-place or enjoy the sun on the very large balcony.
The holiday apartment features two separated bathrooms with shower and two WC, two satellite TV´s, free parking as well as Wi-Fi.
A ski room and a bicycle storage are at your disposal as well.
On request, we pamper you with fresh bread und pastry from the local baker´s
and offer high chairs as well as cribs.

Enjoy the proximity to the popular Hochfügen-Hochzillertal skiing area that
you can reach after 3 minutes by car, as well as to the family-friendly Spieljoch skiing area that is 10 minutes away, or the Zillertal skiing area 5 minutes.
Of course, you can also reach the free ski bus that stops 3 minutes away on foot.
On gloomy winter days we recommend a visit of the Erlebnistherme Zillertal
thermal spa that awaits you only 10 minutes away by car.
